I think there two different methods of note taking in terms of using software such as Microsoft One Note where you are able to categorise and organise your notes which is great! but is not my preferred method as I prefer a good old notepad and pen when I take notes.
Yes, Jennifer there are many different methods of making notes, which generally fall into the two categories you've mentioned here: software / digital and manual / pen and paper. Many students stick to pen and paper, and I encourage this as there are benefits to the old (but not outdated) method. Pen and paper is good for sketch notes, which is becoming more and more popular. You've done something similar with your comic strip notes (you know that's a favourite of mine). Do you still do those?
